Main Task: Language and Register

On my final media products, I have used language and register in order to create the article on my Double Page Spread. As my product is a magazine with the target audience of teenagers, I've used a low register tone for my articles. I have stil used proper vocabulary and the correct punctuation though. The length of my article is not too long nor too short, it includes all of the relevant information which my target audience would want to read about without going off topic and 'rambling' too much. Some of the topics that were covered in the article are;
• What the artist (Emmah Gaffney) has been doing over the previous year.

• What she's currently doing whilst she's back in the UK.

• Her new album, Fame.

• Rumours about her appearing on XFactor.

• Up-coming 2014 tour.

• Hearing her song on the radio for the first time.
